1. Delivery and receive areas
Checkout offers these delivery and collection options: Nablus collection point by prior arrangement, West Bank cities, Jerusalem, 48 lands, West Jerusalem, Ein Rafa, Ein Naqouba, Abu Ghosh. Contact us to confirm arrangements for your order.
Collection at a point in Nablus by prior arrangement on WhatsApp, with no collection fee. For home delivery in Nablus, select West Bank cities.
2. Delivery provider
Delivery arrangements are coordinated with the store.
Delivery times may depend on the shipping company, location, weather, traffic, closures, holidays, customer availability, or other events outside the store’s control.
3. Estimated delivery time
Contact us to coordinate delivery timing after order confirmation.
4. Delivery prices
- Nablus collection point by prior arrangement: Free, after customer agreement or coordination with the store.
- West Bank cities: 20 NIS.
- Jerusalem: 30 NIS.
- 48 lands: 70 NIS.
- West Jerusalem, Ein Rafa, Ein Naqouba, Abu Ghosh: 45 NIS.
5. Delivery details and confirmation
During checkout, the customer selects a delivery area and provides the required city/area and address or receive-point details.
The delivery price and final total are shown before the customer confirms the order.
The store may contact you using your phone number or email to confirm delivery or receive-point details before sending or preparing the order.
